Who we are SYNCHUB ("we", "us") runs this website, www.synchub.pro. Our office is at Aguilar Street corner Valmorida Street, Purok 16, Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon, 8709, Philippines. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website, and we handle it in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect, and why - When you use our contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it), the service you're interested in and your message, along with the page you sent it from and your country (worked out from your internet connection). We use these only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. - When you browse: which pages are visited, which links are clicked, the website you came from, and your country, type of device and browser. We count visits without cookies and without storing your IP address, using a code that changes every day, so we can't recognise you or follow you from one day to the next. You can turn this off in Cookie settings. - If you manage this website for us: your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and the internet address and browser of each device you're signed in on, so you can see and end your sessions.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Cookies - Necessary: one cookie that remembers your cookie choices, your light or dark display choice (kept in your browser), and, for people who manage this website, a sign-in cookie. The site can't work properly without these. - Google Maps: the map at the bottom of every page is provided by Google, and only loads if you allow it. When it does, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.
You can change your choices at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with We use trusted service providers to run this website: our hosting provider (Vercel), and our database and email providers. They handle your data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We don't share your personal data with anyone else.
How we protect it - Every page is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). - Contact messages are stored encrypted, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes that can't be turned back into the password. - Only our authorised staff can access the website's admin, and repeated wrong sign-ins are blocked.
How long we keep it We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them. Visit statistics are anonymous.
Your rights Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed about how your personal data is used, to access it, to object to its use, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, and to claim damages. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Changes to this policy If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
